We use Situational Learning – incorporating realistic, engaging scenarios into our training solutions – in order to improve learner comprehension and knowledge retention. Our Instructional Designers integrate the best practices of Adult Education into every learning solution. They couple the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model with Performance Consulting to ensure that every customer receives effective training which matches their needs and expectations.
