Our eLearning solutions follow a comprehensive three-step approach. ShowMe simulations model behavior. TryMe simulations give learners an opportunity for guided practice. TestMe simulations provide hands-on practice with minimal guidance, behavior evaluation, and real-time performance feedback. We combine these best practices of Adult Learning Theory with technologies such as:
